End of gym week. Thor’s Day. Air temperature above the phase change this morning so more folks a gym despite the day. Few educationalists or weight bouncers, so OK. Podcast an episode of Linux Luddites to get past the desert of latency of the holiday season. More informative than most.
Obviously, I survived the expedition to Nawth Alibam’s Shining City on the Hill. The on-going work on Martin Road is bringing the whole city to a standstill. The Yankee Army strikes again. They inflict almost as much damage on the nation as they do on its enemies. Of course, politicians are always enemies, aren’t they.

and was amused by it. It struck me as an excellent perspective on bogs. A few, a rare few, may actually recognize that there is a difference between geeks and nerds, and even try to learn about that difference. But almost all, excepting only the ones who could be geek or nerd, are incapable of understanding either the difference or the people concerned.
Most bogs not only can’t learn, they don’t care, which is related.
Oh the plight of being the reason for human existence.
